Your help is worth its weight in gold!
In collaboration with us and other dentists, the Foundation for Sick Children collects old dental gold in order to support sick children and their families in the Tübingen Children's Clinic.
If you have old dentures removed, you have the option of donating the “old gold” directly to us. We pass on the collected “gold teeth” to the foundation. The usable portion of precious metals (gold, silver, palladium and platinum) is then removed by a dental laboratory and melted down and separated in a refinery.
In the last 5 years, 14,000 euros were raised in our practice alone.
With this campaign, the Foundation for Sick Children supports:
- Immediate aid for families of sick children in emergency situations
- Social and medical follow-up care for the children and their families
- Advice and training programs for children and parents
- Treatment and rehabilitation of sick children
